Teodulo Rivera passed away 12/20/24 at the age of 81 years old. His passing was unexpected following a sudden illness. Teodulo lived all his life in Oakland Ca. He was the 10th child of 11 children born to Teodulo, Sr and Elvira Rivera. After working several years at a gum factory in Oakland, he then took care of his mother til the end of her life in 2006. He never married and had no children. He was an avid fan of the Oakland A’s and going to a live game was special. Teodulo was an excellent dancer, and it wasn’t easy keeping up with him during a big band song, and his sisters never turned him down for a “swing dance”. Teodulo is survived by one brother, Steve, and four sisters, Amelia, Elvira, Dolores, Sandra and several generations of nieces and nephews. His quiet demeanor, yet witty sense of humor, big smile and soft laugh will be missed by all who knew him.
