Marjorie Savela

Marjorie Ellen Savela, 91 passed away peacefully after a long battle with Alzheimer’s at Blessing Homes in Castro Valley, California .

Born to Chester and Elsie, Marjorie grew up surrounded by a close-knit family and carried that warmth with her throughout her life. She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters Barbara and Carol; her beloved husband, Jay and two sons, Richard and Joseph.

Marjorie is survived by her daughters, Kathy and her husband Ed and Alyce and her husband Tony, who were devoted to her care and comfort. Her legacy of kindness, quite strength and deep love for her family will continue to live on through them.

Marjorie’s family takes comfort in knowing she is reunited with the loved ones who went before her, and they will forever cherish the memories she leaves behind.
