Frank Mercado

 Frank Nevin Mercado was born in Castro Valley on August 4, 1957, to Louise and James Mercado and passed away on November 30, 2023, with his family by his side.

 After 47 years of marriage, Frank is survived by his wife, Barbara, and his 4 children, Frank, Jr, Selena, Nikki and Gina. 

Frank is also survived by his mother, Louise Parra, and 3 brothers, Jimmy, Nick, and Richard.

Frank had 10 grandchildren which he dearly loved and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles, in-laws, and friends. 

Frank was a diehard Raider fan, and loved cooking, crossword puzzles, playing games on the computer and of course, watching TV.

Frank was a very kind, loving, caring, thoughtful, and giving husband, father, and grandfather.  Frank will be surely missed by all but is now in a better place at peace.
