Elizabeth Eileen Tully

Elizabeth (Betty) Tully, born on June 19, 1928, in San Francisco, California, passed away on August 2, 2024, at the age of 96. Betty was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Martin Tully, and her daughter, Julia Tully. She leaves behind a loving family, including her daughters Mary Muñoz (Oscar) and Eileen Ferland (Peter); grandchildren Siobhan, Lyndsay, Steven, Connor, and Ryan; and great-grandchildren Kai, Kaden, Kahlil, Daphne, Charlie, and Quinn. In 1969, Betty returned to the workforce and spent over 20 fulfilling years in banking. Following her retirement, she and Martin, until his passing in 2008, enjoyed traveling, spending time with their grandchildren, and actively participating in their church community and friendships. Known for her fierce independence and resilience, Betty treasured her Oakland home, where she resided for more than 60 years. Her life was a testament to strength, love, and dedication to family and community.
