Custer (Costodio) Al Laspina

April 26, 1926 to March 4, 2024

Custer Al Laspina, beloved father, grandfather and great grandfather, passed away on March 4, 2024 at 97 years old.  Custer was born on April 26, 1926 in Rochester, NY.  His parents, Giuseppe and Grazia Laspina immigrated from Sicily in 1912.  Custer was the 9th of 12 children and the last surviving child. He was a WW II vet with a purple heart.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife of over 65 years, Domenica Palma.

He is survived by his three children, Donna, Debbie, Riccardo, 4 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren.

There will be a visitation starting at 5 pm and chapel service at 5:45pm on Thursday, March 7, 2024 at Santos Robinson mortuary 160

Estudillo Ave. San Leandro.  We will be having a private burial.
