Charles William Porrill

Charles (Chuck) William Porrill, 87, passed away peacefully after a brief illness and will join his special angel in heaven. He is survived by his 4 daughters, 1 son in law, 6 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Born in Ontario, Canada in 1936 but raised in Demopolis, Alabama from the early 1940's. He joined the navy right out of high school. That was the best decision of his life as he would go onto meet his Special Angel, the love of his life, Janet. They met in 1957, married 1 year later and were together until her passing in 2017. He was a 22-year Navy man who loved John Wayne movies and working on his model trains in his train room.
